Exhibit and Advertising Information
TABA offers exhibits space to both commercial and nonprofit agencies. Exhibit space will be available November 8th & 9th at the Music City Center only. Exhibitor space will be connected to the presenter space, as well as being the location of all breakfast and snack breaks in an effort to promote attendee interactions with exhibitors. TABA will also have a break on day one for poster and exhibitor time. If you exhibited last year, please note we are suggesting an earlier set up time on the 8th so that exhibitors can be set up and ready to interact with attendees during breakfast. A single exhibit includes:
- One 8’ x 30” table with table cloth and two chairs (exhibitors can use their own organization’s table cloth if desired)
- One wastebasket
- 2 exhibitor registration
- The Premium exhibitor package will include a half page program ad (B&W 5.5 ” wide x 4.25” tall)
Space is assigned on a first-come first serve basis after partnership booths have been assigned. Spaces will be assigned in the order in which they are submitted. You must register for the exhibit space by October 12, 2018 for your exhibit information to be included in the TABA Program. Exhibit space will be located in a room attached to the larger session room. The exhibit room is also the location of breakfast and snack breaks. Attendee traffic will be encouraged to enter the exhibit room as much as possible through sign postings and arrangement of the physical environment. TABA will provide incentives to attendees to visit exhibitors, such as a trivia game promoting attendee and exhibitor interactions.
Exhibitors may check in Thursday, November 8th beginning at 6:30am. All exhibits should be set up no later than 7:00am on November 8th. Any exhibit space not occupied by 8:00 am on November 8th are subject to reassignment by the association without refund, unless prior approval is obtained from TABA.
All booths are expected to remain set up for the duration of the conference. All booths must be dismantled no later than 4:00pm on Friday, November 9th.
Please do not leave items of value unattended in the exhibit space. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of booth materials and personal items at all times. Neither the conference venue nor TABA and its co-sponsors will be liable for any loss or property damage.
Approval of submissions
Exhibitors must be approved by TABA. TABA reserves the right to reject any exhibit deemed unsuitable. Exhibitors must request permission to sell any products on-site. Exhibits must reflect current ethical and effective practice standards in the field of behavior analysis. If an exhibit is not approved, payment will be returned to the original payer.
Each exhibitor will receive two exhibitor registrations included within the exhibitor registration fee. Exhibitor registrations will allow for entry into the exhibitor area and social events. However, if exhibitor representatives also wish to attend conference sessions and receive CEUs, they must register for the conference, as well as for CEUs.

Please note that the exhibitor space will not officially open and close. The times above reflect the expected times of highest attendee presence. Exhibitors are free to come and go as they see fit as long as booths remain set up. Please do not leave anything valuable at unattended exhibit booths.
All program ads will be in gray scale, except for the Platinum Partner ads on the front and back covers (as indicated in the Partnership section), with no bleeds. Please submit digital artwork in one of the following formats: hi-resolution JPG with all fonts embedded. Digital artwork will be uploaded during the electronic application process.

How to apply
All applications are due no later than Friday, October 12, 2018. Exhibitor applications will be accepted until all exhibitor space has been filled. If you would like for your organization to become more involved with TABA by advertising or exhibiting, please click here to complete our online application. Once your application is completed, organizations will be contacted within three business days of receipt of your application to confirm application acceptance. Then you will be directed to the TABA webpage to process payment electronically. If organizations wish to pay by check, let us know when you are contacted for payment.
